Originally opened as adobe/brackets#1313

1 create an HTML doc with the following code:

<input checked accept=""

2 put the cursor after "d" or at the end of the line, type space, then hit ctrl-space

Result
no hinting list in either case

This appears to happen any time the cursor is after an attribute that doesn't have ="" after it. In HtmlAttribute.json these are marked with the "flag" type.
