Scaling issue when hovering on links

Description

When hovering on links in a dual screen scenario when scaling is involved causes issues.
As an example, i'm currently using a 4k screen scaled to 150% and a 1080 screen running at 100%.
If i have brave on the left screen (4k one) there is no issue, if instead put brave on the 1080 screen (right one, where i usually have it) when hovering on a link it "wants" to show the popup url on the left screen. (i'm showing this on a picture, brave2_2.jpg)

I also tried to rezise the brave windows and move it a bit on the left screen to show how the onhover popup shows itself on picture brave1_1.jpg

It does however work if i run the 4k screen at 100% scaling and the 1080 also at 100% scaling.

Steps to Reproduce

It's always present as described above.

1. have at least 2 screens attached to a computer running windows 10
2. use anything else than 100% scaling on one of the screens

To show the hover on link on any screen in the correct position regardless of screenscaling or position.

always.

Brave version (brave://version info)

Version/Channel Information:

Brave 1.21.76 Chromium: 89.0.4389.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Unsure if it happen on other version, not trieds that.

• Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome?
• yes, can be reproduced on 89.0.4389.90, it DID however seem to work as expected on version 89.0.4389.82

Miscellaneous Information:

You need at least 2 screens and have one of the screen scale at anything else than native (100%)

Update, if i split out a tab and put it on the 4k screen with scaling all seems to work ok for some reason, temporary workaround i guess.
It's a bit inconsistent as i have to sometimes resize the window and then back to fullscreen for it to work but it "will do" until there is a propper fix.
