Vertical Tabs : Tabs Disappear

Description

Tabs show when the vertical tabs stage is expanded. When collapsed, they disappear.

Steps to Reproduce

Expand the vertical tabs and open some tabs.
Collapse the vertical tabs and some disappear.

Actual result:

Tabs disappear

Expected result:

All tabs should be displayed when collapsed.

@jeff-a-andersen vertical tabs are under very active development. I recommend testing on Brave Nightly as several things have changed since the implementation you're seeing made it into the Release channel.

I can't get vertical tabs to work at all in the Nightly:

Although enabled, all tabs still show at the top.

@jeff-a-andersen needs one more step after enabling from brave://flags.
Open tab's context menu and click Use Vertical Tabs

I'm going to close this since the nightly build is way different from the production version. Didn't know this was being so actively worked on and I'm liking what I see in the nightly. Thanks!
