User reporting that they're unable to move playlist items around as expected.

Steps to reproduce

I've been unable to reproduce, but the user submitted a video of the behavior, shared above.

Actual result

User is unable to edit the order of media by drag / drop.

Expected result

For the media to change order based on where it's dragged.
