If you would like to work on this Issue, comment below and wait for confirmation before starting to code.

In the top of EmojiPages in the filters section, add a dropdown filter so that users can filter by years. The filter options should be by decades such as 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, 2010s, etc.

If there are no items that match the time period selected, a message should appear saying that no cards match the selected years.

Use the colors and styling currently on the website.

You can use the filters on EmojiScreenas an example of how filters can look, but the design does not have to look exactly like that.
