Second level task list: no checkbox #171

A task list will be displayed as a checkbox, but only if it is the first level of a list. The second level will not be displayed as a checkbox.

- [ ] Test1
    - [ ] Test2

Test1 will have a checkbox, Test2 not. (In the html output both will have a checkbox.)
