Add capital feature to permanently disable windows antivirus antimalware service which can make the computer heavy and can know all our activity and block even legitimate programs

i have a request please: windows anti vius represents a risk for our privacy because it analyzes everything and transmits the data to microsoft, in addition the anti virus can block legitimate programs, weigh down the laptop, make the fans noisy, , save energy, use battery, especially when you have an entry-level laptop, cheap ssd, low cpu......
and with google safe browsing enabled, and using secure dns that block phishing malware like quad9 dns, cira dns, cleanbrowsing dns, dns0 zero, control d custom security filters.....and with the anti malware security blocklist of the famous ublock origin extension enabled by default, we can block malware viruses and not need an anti virus that can become heavy, so we hope please the great xd-AntiSpy will add the capital feature to permanently disable native windows anti virus, antimalware service that even if we disable them manually, windows 11 ends up reactivating them after some time or after updating, thank you!
