Implement "Thank you"-Button for finished subtitles

This is a nice to have feature request.

To give those, who created subtitles and did transcription, some kind of feedback, that their hard work is appreciated, it would be great to have a "Thank you"-, "Like"- or something similar button, that just count's the number of likes that a finished subtitle has gained.

There's a preliminary implementation available at mmarx/subtitleStatus@12219d7. We need to discuss placement of the buttons.
