Review and Submit page should look like the following:

  • Present answers with question in ~40% of the width of the table, answers in ~60%
  • Alternate background colors between white and #D8D8D8 in the table's rows
  • Present edit buttons alongside each category to "jump" back to the category (using <Link /> will be fine)
