Symptoms

When trying to select a GitHub repo, we get this error:

Failed to save sync with error:

Invalid prisma.sync.upsert() invocation:

Foreign key constraint failed on the field: syncs_linearTeamId_fkey (index)

Steps to reproduce

1. This is our current configuration on synclinear.com (production).
   
2. Select a brand new Linear team (not previously linked)
3. Select a repo (not previously linked)
4. Receive the error

Just to confirm... I am having similar errors trying to deploy webhooks to linear as well as github. Tried deleting them in my repo and linear settings and retrying the sync but same errors popped up including error saving labels to DB: ApolloError: Duplicate label name.
