what is you want to use the number "4" as part of your mask?
example would be when defining mobile number for specific areas like UK
+44-"99999999"

I need that, too. e.g. phone mask "0 ( --- ) --- -- --" <-- the zero is permanent.
Is there a way to do it ?

And we can not remove some pattern from src/services/maskService.js and build local ngMask.min.js, because in this case ngMask-library starts work with terrible bugs
