Add information about authentication to the tutorial #317

I was following the tutorial: https://canonical-testflinger.readthedocs-hosted.com/en/latest/tutorial/#

But I couldn't find any information about how to set up authentication for the cli.

There is this message:

Access to a Testflinger server is usually secured behind a firewall or with additional authentication and authorisation measures. Make sure that you have been granted the right access through your system administrator.

But now I'm lost.
