it's ok if response does not contain status so we won't throw exception on valid response it was introduced as a workaround for python transpilation error but I think it's ok to remove it completely will wait for per-exchange exception handling

In addition, I removed error handling on fetchBalance() as it throws an exception even on valid responses.
Anyway, it was a temporary fix until per-exchange error handling is implemeted.
