As a user, I want to archive reports, so that they are not displayed on the main page and do not clutter my viewing experience.

Acceptance Criteria:

Add an "Archived" state to reports
Add the ability to Archive and Un-Archive reports
Add a filtering UX widget (Active | Archived | All), that defaults to active
