已有api如何直接使用，而不通过openai

openai是个接口规范，api调用本质上还是个“网址”+“调用模块”+“key”，比如“localhost:8080/v2/chat/completions”

可以通过oneapi，因为代理有很多模型，我暂时是这样子做的，很方便
