Seeing the chdir bug quite often on a berks install on multicore machine...

mixlib-archive is still pinned at 0.4.6

chef/mixlib-archive#29

test-kitchen/test-kitchen#1416

Previously pinned for Windows by @lamont-granquist 3196a7b -- Not sure if this is still needed

As noted in the PR, still blocked by problem with unpacking on Windows.

I'm guessing it has something to do with ffi-libarchive on Windows?

This bug is particularly bad on Windows, not sure why so much worse than my Mac

I know this is a super hack but it's what I'm using as an internal hotfix at the moment:
