Many of the settings do not have explanations or examples.

@IanMadd This is still true. Let's find a way to automate it. https://github.com/chef/chef/tree/main/knife/lib/chef/knife
At the very least, we could read the knife --help output for the missing commands into files and then call those via shortcodes.
