Cheminfo is currently only available in English. From the language perspective, this is probably good enough for many academics from the "North" where most of them are fluent in English. Unfortunately, this is not always the case for a lot of people in the "South", an audience an offline version of Cheminfo targets. For that reason, ie. to reduce the effort to step-in Cheminfo, it would be better to have a localized version of the Cheminfo user interface.
This implies to:
Have a web platform to do the translations (I would propose translatewiki.net, which allows to crowdsource that effort)
Have a framework/solution to do the translation of the UI dynamically
Update the current code base to get it working with both the translation library and localised strings.
