project should use openXC7 openXC7.mk file

The current makefile has a hard dependency of the snap
installation. This won't work if the user has a non-ubuntu distro
and uses the nix toolchain.
I recommend including https://github.com/openXC7/demo-projects/blob/main/openXC7.mk

Thanks for the tip @hansfbaier, when we get it to work locally with our current approach, we will adapt the project to use openXC7.mk.
