Ported NA to use newer external libs + package it for Nixos #78

I wanted to test GA on my machine the binaries do not work in Nixos so I decided to give it a try to package it for Nixos and thanks to the help of @jtojnar I more or less succeeded:

Here is the related Issue: NixOS/nixpkgs#56273

Most of it was not Nixos specific but necessary to run with newer version of the libs that are included in Nixos.

So I would assume it's maybe worth to back parts of it back.

The probable most interesting commit for upstream is probably this:
ebdc2af
