pack file fragments not match when try convert .NET pack file to python pack file language:

aps-toolkit/APSToolkitPython/src/aps_toolkit/Fragments.py

Line 91 in 487934c

bbox[j] = pfr.get_float32() + bbox_offset[j % 3]

Transform matrix is match
