Describe the bug

When spoiler contains code-blocks or mention, then it doesn't work:

Reproduction

Type the following into a chat:

|| `test` ||
|| @someone ||

Expected behavior

No response

Platform and versions

1. OS: GNU/Linux
2. Browser: Firefox
3. Cinny version: v4.2.3 (dev.cinny.in)
