Adjust PDF character page titles when name format uses a number of lines other than 2 #135

The PDF character page title location looks odd when using only a single line, and using 3+ lines causes the text to overlap with the cards below. Possible fixes: adjusting position for single lines, and reducing font size for 3 lines
