💡 Summary

This Docker image should be updated to use a Debian Bullseye base image.

Motivation and context

Builds are currently failing with the current code based on Debian Buster.

Acceptance criteria

  • This Docker image uses a Debian Bullseye base image.
  • The new Docker image functions as expected.
