Only forces the 1MHz tuning step if I left-click on either waterfall. Not if I scroll wheel on top of the frequency counter, or direct enter a freq, those work fine.

ETA: It was Frequency Snap, which apparently persists no matter if you delete the program & expect a reset to factory default. Unless it was in factory default.
