munmap_chunk(): invalid pointer

Hi!

i'm compressing my files with chrt -i 0 lrzip -vv -L 9 -T -zU --suffix ".TUz9.lrz" images.tar | tee lrzip.out
and this one particular file is causing munmap_chunk(): invalid pointer error.

i prefer to not share this file because it contains personal info but i'm open to debugging.

after a bit of testing at the gist here are some of the results:
lrzip -vv -L 9 -T -z crashes
lrzip -vv -L 9 -z works fine
lrzip-next -vv -L 9 -z works fine
lrzip -vv -L 9 -T works fine
lrzip-next -vv -L 9 -T works fine
lrzip-next -vv -L 9 -T -z oom killed
