Very Quiet option should not be allowed if user is trying to get INFO from an lrz file.

See this workaround from lrzip-next.

        if (INFO && !SHOW_OUTPUT) { 
                print_err("Cannot show info with -Q option. Turning on output\n"); 
                control->flags |= FLAG_OUTPUT; 
        }

Or, you could fatal abort out of it.
