Will this project be updated to be compatible with Ruby 3?

Resurrecting a really old issue...

I am running chowdown on Ruby 3.1.1 and Jekyll 4.3.3 right now.

Almost out of the box. I had to use jekyll serve --baseurl "" to make it link correctly.
