Some API of async_hooks and crypto have been implemented

Bump the workerd peer dep to the corresponding version

@vicb I've been running into issues related crypto.createSign method being not implemented. Just wanted to know when this would go live and which packages are we supposed to upgrade after it is released? Thanks!
