Rename 'workspaces' to 'cooperations'

We want to create templates for cooperation between all humans.

Beyond us "coders" and beyond "work"

As a human
I want to cooperate with others
In order to go far together

Given a template for cooperation
When I create a cooperation
And I invite a neighbor
Then I am no longer in single player mode, but coop-mode

I think this is going to take a bit of exploring too.

Longer term I'd like to have this be a simple patch.
