Add GitHub repo URL to /version endpoint.

The current deployed commit print the warning This commit does not belong to any branch on this repository, and may belong to a fork outside of the repository. when we put the commit hash in this repo.

Outputting the GitHub repo URL in the version endpoint can help to identify where is the repo that is deployed.
