The readme should further explain how to setup a network of stratus nodes, explain things such as leader changes for near-zero downtime deploys, a list of configs and their descriptions, a list of the implemented rpc calls, etc.
The CONTRIBUTING.md was created a long time ago and a lot has changes so it also should be revised.
