as reqmgr1 will be phased out in late March. the outputDataset api:
/reqmgr/reqMgr/outputDatasetsByRequestName
will no longer be usable.
as defined here:
reqmgr2 doesn't have this view to return OutputDatasets only, but this value can be taken from whole workflow dictionary:
