Enhancement: Allow autoFocus to be configured for CH.Slideshow input range controls #244

It would be great to be able to configure a Slideshow to auto focus the range input that controls the slideshow on initial render. This would allow people to immediately use the arrow keys to control a Slideshow presentation (as well as common presentation clickers).
