Getting 403 when trying to push a new pull request to this repo.

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/code100x/stake.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403

I have created a new Pull request that contains base setup along with proposed LLD and HLD Diagrams for stake betting platform.
I am unable to push the pull request getting the above error, can you please help?

I have the base PR ready to start developing on top of it. But if the base is not there I can not raise a pull request against it.
