Code for America Requested Apps Dashboard

One sentence description:
A nicely designed dashboard of all the requests Code for America gets for its apps at http://codeforamerica.org/apps to help us quickly see public demand.

I made a regular Wufoo report at https://codeforamerica.wufoo.com/reports/app-inquiries/

I'd like to see something a little smarter using regex to combine all the various spellings of Adopta.

We'd use the Wufoo Entries API endpoint to get the data.

See also https://github.com/codeforamerica/content-team/issues/4. The fact that it’s mostly Adopt-a-Hydrant makes me wonder about the value of this data altogether.

For sure we need to update the /apps page. Yet Adopta has been promoted for five years now and has made it on to the todo list of tons of small town fire department's employees.

They aren't requests from random visitors to our site, clicking the first alphabetical app. They are requests from people looking to set up Adopta.
