Match `coder.<workspace>` recents as well #334

Currently we look for recents based on the host name.

But if you opened a workspace with the remote SSH plugin directly, those host names are different than the special form our plugin uses.

We should be able to search for the coder.<workspace> form as well and offer those as options when connecting.
