Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Currently, users cannot directly import snippets from other plugins, which limits the ease of transitioning to Code Snippets.

Describe the solution you'd like

Implement a feature that allows users to import code snippets from other WordPress plugins directly into Code Snippets.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manually copying and pasting snippets from other plugins, which is time-consuming and prone to errors.

Additional context

This feature would greatly enhance the usability of Code Snippets for users transitioning from other plugins.

Which other plugins should we consider here?

@sheabunge i think both, as this could be a very good way to help Code Snippets adoption on already established sites :)

This is an important feature in my opinion, so I want to encourage you to add it to Code Snippets (including free version).

All common snippet plugins with an export function should be covered:

  • WPCode, has 2 million installs (Lite Version), has export, .json files
  • Scripts Organizer (premium) by dPlugins, has export (can otherwise also import your files!)
  • Advanced Scripts (premium) by Clean Plugins, has export, .json files (can otherwiese also import your files!)

Again, makes total sense to have this feature, also given your history and market position.
One of the main "selling points" is liberation of data, users should have the option to switch for whatever reason. From user perspective to have Export and Import, and can process .xml and/or .json from other plugins is always considered a big plus.
