Specify version (Set to 1.15.1 in Set Rust version to 1.15.1 #464)
Support random testing (Random tests are currently impossible in Rust #240)
Look into the timeout issue (Frequent server timeouts for Rust katas #440). See if this issue is reproducible after Rewrite Rust runner #466.
