[Bug] block navigations breaks after content cutting through CMD+X #663

Open Editor
Select few words in Paragraph before Header
Press CMD+X — content will be cutted
[bug]
Then press ENTER — div/p will be created in current block instead of creating new one.
Arrow navigation will be broken
