Only heared one side's voice

When I call to second side ,I heared his voice but he does'nt hear my voice.I tried many times but all time the same issue happened.We used asterisk freePBX as sip accaunt and websocket server.

User: 200
password : 200
Realm:10.10.3.30:5160
WSServer: wss://10.10.3.30:8089/ws

What's the problem ?
