Using pavo in aquatic systems

I'm using pavo and VPModel to generate theoretical visual space models for a few species of fish. Are there other aquatic studies that have used pavo?
Secondarily, in the vismodel() function are the units for the vector in the Illum argument power or quanta?
Another question: in the sensmodel() function, when using a vector in the peaksens argument, is there a way to change the shape of the curve to the A2 absorbance curve (the default appears to be A1).
