docJar will fail with non-Java/Scala files in the source tree

The docJar task feeds all files in the source tree to the relevant document generation step. This will fail if there are non Java (or Scala) files which cannot be parsed - notably foo.scala~ which may be left around as a by-product of editing a file with merge conflicts.
