Once the user has deleted the account successfully, change the state of the account

Currently whenever the user perform's the deletion of his account, we should either redirect to the login screen or allow the user to stay in the app as logged out user. Currently this #6098 just delete's the account from commons but as per app its still believe's you are logged in so it will start throwing error at each api call since the user account is deleted.

i think redirecting to login screen will be better. can i do this task?
