Pattern shape editing behaves strangely for some feeds

Observed behavior (please include a screenshot if possible)

When editing a pre-existing, pattern from imported GTFS, sometimes the odd pattern stop is missing/not rendered on the map, although it does show up in the list view (stop no. 12 should appear at the end of the pattern).

Expected behavior

All stops should render correctly in map view.
