[Bug]: Unable to change server timezone, only UTC is shown

I'm only able to select "UTC" from the Server Timezone dropdown :

I should be able to select any country timezone (for me it would be France). This causes issue with Scheduled Tasks that are set on UTC, and my country is UTC+1, but it will not be consistent because here we change time between Winter and Summer.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Servers tab
2. Select your server
3. Go to General Tab
4. Click on Server Timezone dropdown

It's not very intuitive, but you can clear the field's content and you will then see the complete list of time zones displayed.
