CP: Styling: Minor misalignment of folder open/close icon in Assets #2981

Description

In Craft Control Panel When you have subfolders in your Assets you are shown a down arrow icon. This icon is misaligned by about 2-3px from the top.

Brand new installation of 3.0.10.3

Steps to reproduce

Login to CP
Create an Asset Volume
Navigate to Assets Section
Add a subfolder to an Asset Volume
Add a sub folder to the newly created folder
Arrow is rendered misaligned

Additional info

Craft version: 3.0.10.3
PHP version: 7.1.18
Database driver & version: Mysql 5.7
Plugins & versions: No plugins, all disabled for testing.
