Selecting an Image Transform causes Select button to spin indefinitely

Description

When editing within a redactor field and inserting an image, the image select screen gives the option to "Select Transform" for the selected image. When you actually select the a transform, the red "Select" button turns into a spinning circle that spins indefinitely. The expected behavior would be that you select a transform, and then the button spins for a second and shortly afterwards turns back into a select button.

In the screen after selecting an image, you are able to select the transform and it applies it just fine, but users get confused when selecting the transform in the first screen causes the button to spin indefinitely.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a redactor content field and select the "Image" icon to add an image
   
2. Select an image, then select a transform
   
   
3. Red "Select" button turns into a spinning circle and spins indefinitely
