User Story
As a former pupil/parent/staff I won't be able to log in, but may still want to leave my contact details for more information.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Real scenario: Former pupil emailed BRT directly.

Describe the solution you'd like
Extra form element that collects email detail, and then populates the same way we do for Parents' email

Additional context
It might also jog some people who initially thought of being annon, to then think - "oh I'll add my email".
