Please remove b.ads2.msads.net from your list.
IP-Adress is 152.199.19.161

Used for https://dotnetcli.azureedge.net

For Example WingetUi is using this Url, to get the latest Windows Desktop Runtime, but it can not download it because its blocked.

Same for a.ads2.msads.net its the same ip
